2. Scope of Services

Rocket Estimation USA provides independent construction cost estimating, material takeoffs, bill of quantities (BOQ), and Primavera P6 scheduling support based on client-provided architectural and engineering drawing sets. Our estimates are professional opinions of cost based on local market factors, RS Means, and historical productivity data.

3. Client Responsibilities & Drawing Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing complete, scaled, and legibly scanned PDF drawing sets, specification documents, addenda, and clear scope parameters. Rocket Estimation USA relies on the completeness of documents provided and is not liable for omissions or scope changes omitted from submitted plan sets.

4. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Standard project turnarounds range from 24 to 48 hours depending on scope size and complexity. Turnaround windows begin upon receipt of complete drawings and deposit/payment authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our estimates are intended to serve as advisory decision tools for bidding and budget management. Final bid pricing submitted to owners or authorities remains the sole decision and responsibility of the bidding contractor or developer.
