Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

These Terms of Service govern your use of rocketestimationusa.com and the construction cost estimating and quantity takeoff services provided by Rocket Estimation USA ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a request through this site, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs based on the drawings, plans, and project information you provide. Estimates are prepared for planning, budgeting, and bidding purposes and reflect regional material and labor pricing data available at the time of preparation.

Accuracy of Estimates

Our estimates are prepared with care based on the documents you submit, but they are estimates — not guarantees of actual project cost. Final costs depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to market pricing changes, site conditions, contractor bids, and project changes after estimate delivery. You remain responsible for independently verifying quantities and costs before relying on them for a bid or contract.

Turnaround & Revisions

We target the delivery timelines stated on our site (currently a 24–48 hour guaranteed SLA for standard requests). On full bid packages, revisions submitted within 14 days of the original plan set are included; revisions requested outside that window, or based on materially changed drawings, may be treated as a new request.

Your Submissions

You confirm that you have the right to share the drawings and project documents you upload to us, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation you owe to a third party. You retain ownership of your project documents; we use them solely to prepare your estimate.

No Bidding Conflict

We provide estimating services only. We do not bid on projects in competition with our clients, and we do not work on behalf of project owners on jobs our clients are actively bidding.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Estimation USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of an estimate we provide, including lost profits or lost bids. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the estimate giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

NOTE FOR THE SITE OWNER — before publishing:
  - [DATE] and [STATE] above need real values (you said state doesn't
matter yet — pick your actual state of registration/operation)
  - Once you register a legal entity, swap "Rocket Estimation USA" for
the formal entity name where appropriate
  - Consider having a lawyer review before this goes live — this draft
covers the common bases for a lead-gen/services site with no
on-site payments, but isn't a substitute for legal review
